CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:

Structure of amorphous and crystalline polymeric materials; mechanical, electrical and optical properties, and their modification through processing.


COURSE OBJECTIVES:

The objective of this course is to introduce students to the structure of polymeric materials and their mechanical, electrical and optical properties.

Mid-term Test: 30%
Final exam: 50%

The final examination will be scheduled in the class.

The final percentage grades will be converted to letter grades using the Registrar's recommended procedure.
